How We Proceed

We follow a detailed, checklist-based process to ensure the space is cleaned thoroughly and consistently. Each area is addressed with extra attention to detail, focusing on high-impact zones such as kitchens, bathrooms, and baseboards. This service is designed for empty or mostly empty homes. Heavy clutter, personal belongings, or furniture may limit access and affect results or pricing.

Time & Scope Notice

Move-in / move-out cleanings require more time than standard cleanings. Final pricing may vary based on the size and condition of the property.

Important Disclaimer

While our service is thorough, we do not guarantee the return of a security deposit or that the cleaning will meet a landlord or property manager’s specific checklist.

Access & Utilities

The property must have running water and electricity at the time of service. Cleaners must be able to access the unit at the scheduled time.
